Step 1 - Select Ad Options

This is the starting point, where you choose the type of ad you'd like to run. Pricing for all ad options is provided here, as well as detailed explanations on how those options can help in the sale of your aircraft. Also provided on this page is a printable Mail-in Form if you prefer to submit your ad by postal mail.

Step 2 - Account Info

After choosing your ad options, it's time to create a User Account. The account is free, and it allows you to place ads, save your favorite ads, or use the Auto Notify service that will alert you when aircrafts that match your needs are listed on the site. If you already have an account with us, you can login here and go straight to the next step.

Your personal information is safe with us, and we never display anyone's street address or email address on our ads. Buyers can still contact you through email, but your address will be hidden at all times.

You can also change how your contact information will actually appear on your ad in the next step ( Step 3. Aircraft Info ).

Step 3 - Aircraft Info

It's time to create your ad! Fill out as much information as you can, and remember you can return as often as you like to make changes to your listing.

Helpful tips are provided for all of the entry fields on this page, so you'll know exactly what to do to get your ad up and running just how you want it as quickly as possible. Now is the time to double check your email address and other contact information for errors - you don't want to miss a potential sale because a buyer couldn't reach you.

If you are unsure what the value of your aircraft is and don't know what to enter for Price, we suggest two things:

Look up the retail book value of your aircraft for free at the NADA website
Search for aircraft similar to yours on our website to compare prices
Proceeding to the next step ( Step 4. Payment ) will save your ad in your User Account. If you don't proceed to the next step, your ad will not be saved.

Step 4 - Payment

We use secure 128-bit encrytion to process your ad payment - the same level of security used by major banks and financial institutions. Please note that the heading at the top of the page will show "Natco Trading Corporation", the parent company of AirplaneTrader.com.

We also accept checks and money orders sent by postal mail.

Step 5 - Add Photos

This is it, the final step! For those that have never done it before, uploading your digital photos is a lot easier than you might think. Just follow the instructions provided and before you know it you'll have a great looking ad with a full color photo for buyers to view. You can also upgrade your ad to include up to 10 photos if you like.

The picture upload service works very well and is the fastest way to get your photos up on your ad. But we also accept photos sent by email, or printed film photos sent by postal mail.
